People Read This Crap?

So, we were sitting around the Spoofs HQ ™, sipping Daiquiri’s and flipping through the latest threats on the lives of our families and friends (mostly written by Spoof staff members after ‘get togethers’ like these) when intern John came by and delivered news that chilled each of us to the depths of our black, stony hearts.

Apparently, people are actually reading this drek.
No, seriously. From the beginning of the month, the number of visitors to the Spoof Mesa ™ has actually pushed us onto Google as well as Alexa’s radar. We’re sure all those lies we told about Owen Thomas and Arrington have helped, but still who knew we would have reached a critical mass of nonsense this quickly.
For all of you who have wandered in here accidentally, or have been drawn into the fold through our carefully designed program of link-baiting, we thank you for your time. Pull up a seat, subscribe to the RSS and enjoy the rest of your holiday. If you aren’t in America, just take tomorrow off as a protest — viva la resistance!
