Robert Scoble Say It Ain’t So

13 August 2007 One Comment

Hey folks, Tech Spoofs told me I had to write something but I’ve been real busy [drunk -editor], running the conference circuit in search of the newest social media [passed out in O'Doyle's down the street for the last week -editor] all week.

Well what I cam up with was a real scoop from Twitter. For those who don’t know, twitter is like the Enquirer on PCPs. You just sit around watching famous people talk about themselves. Fine, fine you’re on the edge of your seat I know. What did i find while i was getting my fix (LOL)?

Well, looks like Rober Scoble is quitting blogging! Quit, that’s right, just like Brittany Spears quit sanity a few months ago. I think it has something to do with him being fired from PodTech. Who knows, I read that on Valleywag a little while ago and I was all like, “What the Eff…”

Then I actually watched PodTech for a while, and after I woke up I decided that it just might be true. Well, all old Barry has to say is, “Robert Come Back To US!!!” I know you haven’t had the easiest time, but if you leave where else are we all going to learn about how Facebook is changing the world? Or how many Twitter friends you have? Half of my News Feed are your posts, without you I’ll be…so, lonely…

I’ll…Uhm, I can’t do this guys. Robert, until you return I quit too. How about that nation? Because of you, two of the world’s most influential bloggers are on the skids. I hope you’re happy!

[We apologize for this story, we here at Tech Spoofs are making certain that Barry gets help. Once he sobers up he will be back, presenting you with the hard hitting social media news you are used to. -editors]
